What We Believe About Gathering

When we gather for worship, each one of us can be prepared with something that will be useful for all: singing a hymn, teaching a lesson, telling a story, leading a prayer, providing an insight (1 Corinthians 14:26).

What to Expect

  • We meet in local parks during the warmer months, and house-to-house during the colder months.

  • We like each other, so we start by catching up and connecting over coffee & pastries.

  • Spiritual growth is a group project, so we encourage full participation as we learn from the Bible, draw near to God through songs and prayers, and process what we’re learning in smaller groups.

  • We do things ‘family style,’ and so we are intentional to include our children as we sing and pray and learn, including a kids’ Bible story and creative response time that happens in the same space as the adults.

  • We like to celebrate what’s good, so our gathering includes celebratory elements like Communion, the telling of ‘God Stories’, and recognizing major life milestones among our church family members.

  • You can dress casual or dress up - we hope you’ll feel free to be yourself!

  • We want to protect one another, so if you’re symptomatic, please stay home until you’re better, and feel free to check out our weekly sermons online.

Let us know you’re coming, we’ll be ready for you.
